By accessing or using our platforms (matrixvision.org, Miner Matrix app, Matrix Markt, or related services), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your participation in token sales, mining contracts, or use of services complies with local laws and regulations.

3. Services Provided

Matrix Vision offers:

The Miner Matrix app to mine various cryptocurrencies, including MTRX.
The Matrix Markt marketplace, where users can buy/sell services using MTRX.
The MTRX token, issued on the Solana blockchain, available for purchase during our ICO and on exchanges.

4. Token Sales (ICO)

MTRX tokens can be purchased during the ICO phases with crypto and PayPal.
Token purchases are final and non-refundable.
Participation in the ICO does not represent equity, shares, or ownership in Matrix Vision.
Token prices, bonuses, and discounts are subject to change without notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or making transactions.
Keep your account and wallet details secure.
Not use our services for illegal activities, fraud, money laundering, or terrorist financing.

6. Payments & Withdrawals

Users can deposit funds via supported cryptocurrencies and PayPal.
Withdrawals are made to the user’s provided Solana wallet address.
Matrix Vision is not responsible for lost funds due to incorrect wallet addresses or user errors.

7. Referral System

Users can share their referral link to earn rewards.
Our multi-level referral system distributes rewards across levels (15%, 10%, 8%, 5%, 3%).
Matrix Vision reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and technology on Matrix Vision platforms are the property of Matrix Vision and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

9. Risk Disclaimer

Cryptocurrencies and token sales involve significant risk and may result in loss of funds.
Matrix Vision does not guarantee the future value of MTRX or any other cryptocurrency offered.
